1. Shipping Rates

We strive to keep our shipping costs affordable and transparent. We offer Free Shipping on all qualifying orders.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

2. Order Processing & Handling

Once your order is placed, our team works immediately to prepare your items for shipment.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order for dispatch.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: We process orders based on New York Time (Eastern Time).

    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (New York Time) will generally begin processing the same day.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (New York Time) will begin processing on the following business day.

Note for UK & EU Customers: Please be aware of the time difference. The 2:00 PM cut-off is based on US Eastern Time.

3. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

We utilize premium courier services to ensure fast delivery across all our service regions.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 1 to 3 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: Considering both handling (1-2 days) and transit (1-3 days), you can generally expect to receive your package within 2 to 5 business days from the moment you place your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with the latest information from the carrier.

5. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Since you operate in US, EU, and UK, you may want to add a small note here regarding VAT/Customs. If you fulfill locally from within these regions (e.g., you have a warehouse in the EU and one in the US), you can state:

"We ship locally within the US, UK, and EU, so you will not face unexpected customs duties upon delivery."

6. Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet these delivery windows, please note that transit times can occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (such as Ramadan or Eid). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team.
