- Wash: Hand wash cold or use a washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle in cold water (max 30°C / 86°F). For delicate items (or those with zippers and tassels), use a mesh laundry bag to prevent snagging.
- Dry: Gently press out excess water without wringing or twisting. Lay flat or hang to air dry. Do NOT tumble dry, as high heat can damage the fibers and cause shrinkage.
- Iron: If necessary, iron on the lowest heat setting on the reverse side of the fabric, or use a garment steamer to gently remove wrinkles. Do not use bleach.

Returns & Refunds
- 30-Day Policy: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- EU Customers: Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns or cancellations without justification.
- Eligibility: To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
